Saving as a CSV file

Although an Excel spreadsheet is an acceptable format, the file format accepted most easily by our system is a CSV Comma Delimited file.  

You can create your spreadsheet in Excel and then save it as a CSV file by opening your file and clicking:

File > Save As > Save as type (drop down menu) > CSV Comma Delimited > Save.
