How do the reports differ between the Core and Plus packages?

The modules available to complete as part of the assessment are the same regardless of the package subscribed to, but the reports and the contents of the reports do differ depending on package.

The Core package includes:

• Individual Student Report
• Summary of Scores Report

These reports include scores for individual students and groups for all completed modules.  Scores are presented in age-equivalent and age-standardised formats.

In addition to what is included in the Core package, the Plus package includes three extra reports:

• Individual Student Report
• Summary of Scores Report
• Year Group Overview
• Parent or Guardian Report
• Individual Progress Report (with two or more years of data)

The Individual Student Report and the Summary of Scores Report included in the Plus package present scores for individual students and groups for all completed modules in age-equivalent and age-standardised formats.  Scores are also shown at section level (the sub-components of each module) in an age-equivalent format.

The Year Group Overview provides a graphical demonstration of the distribution of scores for each year group completing the Cambridge Primary Insight assessment.

The Parent or Guardian Report includes a simple graphic showing a representation of an individual student’s age-standardised scores together with a brief description of what is included in the Cambridge Primary Insight assessment.

The Individual Progress Report shows a longitudinal view of an individual's assessment outcomes over their time in your school
