Removing Users

It's important to remove users once they are no longer associated with your school.

To remove users from your institution:

1. Log in to the Cambridge Primary Insight (CPI) platform, select the “Admin area” tab and click on “Users”.

2. Click the three dots at the far right of the user who has left your institution, and click "Remove".

   

3. Confirm you wish to remove the user from your institution.
