Quick Reference Guide
If you're starting a new academic year and want to change the year group associated with your students, we would recommend that you move students starting with your highest year group (which you may want to delete if you don’t need the data, and if not you will need to move to a fictitious year group higher than those in existence in your school), to prevent any overlap.
- Log in to the Wellbeing School Admin Site.
- Click on the ‘Students’ tab in the banner near the top of the page.
- Find the student(s) you want to make changes to - there is a search function and filters above the student list, which are particularly useful if you want to move an entire class or year group
- Place a tick in the box to the left of the relevant student(s). Tip - there is a tick box above the student list that will apply a tick to all students on the screen, and you can expand the number of students you can see per page on the bottom right hand side.
- Click ‘Assign Class or Year Group’.
- Enter the class name and/or the year group you want to move them to and click ‘Save’. Note, you don't need to enter a class name if you want to move an entire year group (e.g. if you want to move all students from Year 7 to Year 8).
