Renewing your subscription

Once you have signed up to a subscription this will renew each year on 1 May. If you do not want the subscription to continue to the next assessment year, you can cancel it by emailing the Cambridge Insight Customer Service Team. There will be no charge if you inform Cambridge Insight of the cancellation by the 1 May prior to the assessment year starting. You are unable to cancel your subscription after this date and will be invoiced for the full amount based on the most recently recorded learner estimates.

For example, if you sign up for 2025 – 2026 and would like to cancel your subscription to 2026 – 2027, you would need to cancel by 1 May 2026.

Our assessment window runs from 1 June - 31 May. This means any testing for 2025 - 2026 needs to be completed by 31 May, and 1 June will be the start of the 2026 - 2027 assessment window.
