Renewing your subscription

Once you have signed up to a subscription this will renew each year on 1 May. If you do not want the subscription to continue to the next assessment year you can cancel your subscription by emailing CEM customer service. There will be no charge if you inform CEM of the cancellation by the 1 May prior to the assessment year starting. You are unable to cancel your subscription after this date and will be invoiced for the full amount based on the most recently recorded learner estimates.

For example, if you sign up for 2023– 2024 and would like to cancel your subscription to 2024 – 2025 you would need to cancel by 1 May 2024.

Our assessment window runs from 1 August - 31 July. This means any testing for 2022/2023 needs to be completed by 31 July, and 1 August will be the start of the 2023/2024 assessment window.
