Quick Reference Guide
- Lon in to the CPSQ platform.
- Select 'CPSQ' from the left-hand menu.
- Select the group you want to edit by clicking anywhere on the relevant box.
- If you want to edit the questionnaire expiration date, the group name, or whether candidates can access reports, select 'Options' (a small purple arrow at the top right, below the 'Group results' button). Make the relevant changes and select 'Edit'.
- If you want to add students, select the '+ Add respondents' button at the top right. Add in the relevant email addresses and either 'Save and exit' or select 'Next' to progress with sending the questionnaire.
- If you want to remove any students from your group (note you can only do this if you haven't already issued the questionnaire to them), place a tick in the box next to their email address in the table at the bottom of the page. An option will appear above the table on the right hand side in red to 'Remove respondents', select that option and then 'Remove' to confirm the action.
