Generating Reports

Generate a report

You can find a list of available reports at the bottom of this page. Here's how to generate those reports:

1. Log in to the Cambridge Primary Insight assessment platform.
2. Select the ‘Data and Reports’ section from the left-hand menu.
3. Choose the report you want to view and click anywhere on the corresponding tile.

If you want to download a report, select 'Download' from the top right of the report you want to download. You'll then need to choose whether to download the current report view or the entire year group. Once you select 'Submit', the report will download directly into the downloads folder of the device you are working on.

Download all scores

This will allow you to download all scores for all of your students in one csv. file. 

1. Log in to the Cambridge Primary Insight assessment platform.
2. Select the ‘Data and Reports’ section from the left-hand menu.
3. Choose the 'Summary of Scores' report.
4. Select 'Download' and choose the csv option.
5. Once you select 'Submit', the report will download directly into the downloads folder of the device you are working on.

Note, the column headers need to be expanded. At first glance it can appear that there are columns with repeated information, but that's not the case. Please expand your column headers before using the data.

Available Reports

The reports you have access to will depend on which of the two CPI packages you have. 

The Core Package provides the following 2 reports: 

• Summary of Scores
• Individual Student Report

The Plus Package provides the following 5 reports: 

• Summary of Scores
• Individual Student Report
• Report for Parents or Guardians
• Year Group Overview
• Individual Progress Report
