Our baseline assessment score reports let you know how your students performed in each module (Vocabulary, Mathematics and Non-Verbal) of the Alis/IBE Insight baseline assessment. These reports help you see each student’s strengths and where they may need more support. This is a good starting point to help you to support them to do their best in all subjects.
IPR – Spreadsheet (Standardised Scores)
- Useful for school leaders, SENDCOs and teachers of all subjects.
- See your students’ standardised scores in each module of the assessment.
- Understand how your students performed compared to other students who have taken the Alis baseline assessment. Scores between 85 and 115 are in the average range. Scores below 85 are below the average range and above 115 are above the average range.
- Group your students using bands, stanines and percentiles.
- Spreadsheet format so you can use your data in a way that works for you.
IPR (Individual student report)
- Useful for SENDCOs and teachers of all subjects.
- See an individual student’s standardised scores in each module of the assessment, with the band, stanine and percentile for each score.
- Use the chart to see a student’s profile and identify where they need challenge and support so you can tailor your teaching to meet their needs.
Intake Profiles (Bands)
- Useful for school leaders.
- Understand the ability profile of each cohort using both their overall Alis/IBE Insight baseline assessment score and their average (I)GCSE result.
- Dig deeper to see their band profile in each module (Vocabulary, Mathematics and Non-Verbal).
