You can check the status of students’ assessments to see if they have completed the CABT.
To check the progress of your assessments, you will need to access the Assessment Centre.
Go to Assessment Admin > Computer Assessments on Secondary+.
Select 7: Assessment Status.
This will take you to the Select Assessment page.
Click on the CABT academic year you require then click OK.
This will open the Assessment Centre menu. Select status reports.
You will see a table listing your students, indicating whether or not they have completed the assessment.
Completed - The student successfully completed the assessment on the date listed.
In Progress - The assessment has been started but has not been completed and the student should be advised to complete the assessment. Alternatively, this message could mean that the assessment has been completed but there has been an internet failure at the point of return and the file(s) have saved locally. In this case the file(s) can be uploaded to CEM. Further details on how to find and return these files can be found here.
Pending -The Web-Only assessment has not been started, or the completed assessment files for the Non-Web version have not been uploaded to CEM.
You can filter the reports by selecting the funnel icon next to each column header. Type in the search information and click on ‘Filter’.
You can also export the status reports in Excel and PDF format.
