Amending your student numbers

Current assessment Year

There is no limit on increasing your pupil numbers. However, during the assessment year, you can reduce the number of tests by up to 20 percent.

The next year ahead

You can reduce the number of estimated assessments by more than 20 percent for future years. To do this, you will need to notify us in writing, and we must receive any revised estimates by 1 May prior to an assessment year starting.

How to change the numbers for the current year

You can change the number of BASE pupils on each assessment through CEM Secure:

Log onto CEM Secure > Account > Subscriptions > My Subscriptions > Select contact to amend > Manage > change student number > Update
