Once you have signed up to a subscription, this will renew each year on 1 May. If you do not want the subscription to continue to the next assessment year, you can cancel your subscription by emailing Cambridge Insight customer service. There will be no charge if you inform Cambridge Insight of the cancellation by the 1st May prior to the assessment year starting. You are unable to cancel your subscription after this date and will be invoiced for the full amount based on the most recently recorded learner estimates.
For example, if you sign up for 2025–2026 and would like to cancel your subscription to 2026–2027, you would need to cancel by 1 May 2026.

Ideally, you should carry out the start-of-year (SOY) assessment in September/October. We advise you to schedule the end-of-year (EOY) assessments for June/July.
