Amending your student numbers

Current assessment Year

There is no limit on increasing your pupil numbers. However, during the assessment year, you can reduce the number of tests by up to 20 percent before your invoice is issued. We will email you to let you know the deadline by which to make your student number changes. 

How to change the numbers for the current year

You can change the number of PIPS pupils for each existing year group through CEM Secure:

Log onto CEM Secure > Account > Subscriptions > My Subscriptions > Select contract to amend > Manage > change student number > Update

Adding an additional Year Group

If you need to assess a student in a Year Group for which you don't have a contract you can add the additional Year Group through your CEM Secure account. 

Log onto CEM Secure > Account > Subscriptions > Manage > Add the student numbers in the box for the appropriate year group. 

The next assessment year ahead

You can reduce the number of estimated assessments by more than 20 percent for future years. To do this, you will need to notify us in writing, and we must receive any revised estimates by 1 May prior to an assessment year starting.
