Once you have signed up to a subscription this will renew each year on 1 May. If you do not want the subscription to continue to the next assessment year you can cancel your subscription by emailing Cambridge Insight customer service. There will be no charge if you inform Cambridge Insight of the cancellation by the 1st May prior to the assessment year starting. You are unable to cancel your subscription after this date and will be invoiced for the full amount based on the most recently recorded learner estimates.
For example, if you sign up for 2025-26 and would like to cancel your subscription to 2026-27, you would need to cancel by 1 May 2026.

In recognition that a child’s nursery time can last up to 18 months, our assessment window runs from 1 August up until 31 December the following year. This means the start-of-year testing for 2025-26 is available from 1 August 2025, and you need to complete your end-of-year test before 31 December 2026.
