Moving a Student(s) to a Different Year Group or Class

Quick Reference Guide

1. Log in to PIPS+.
2. Select ‘Administration’ from the grey banner at the top, and then ‘Assessment Centre’.
3. Select the relevant assessment year (the most recent for the current assessment), and click ‘ok’.
4. Select ‘manage pupil details’.
5. Add a tick to the box or boxes next to the relevant student(s).
6. Click ‘Move’ and select ‘Year Group’ or ‘Class’.
7. Select the relevant year group or class from the drop down list and click ‘Move’.
