How do I change the number of pupils I want to assess

There is no limit on increasing your pupil numbers, however during the assessment year you can reduce the number of tests by up to 20% for the current year.

You can reduce the number of estimated assessments by more than 20% for future years. To do this you will need to notify us in writing, and we must receive any revised estimates by 1 February prior to an assessment year starting.

Primary customers can change the number of pupils on each assessment through CEM Secure:

Log onto CEM Secure > Account > Subscriptions > My Subscriptions > Select contact to amend > Manage > change student number > Update

Secondary and Post 16 customers will need to email customer service to amend the number of students prior to invoicing.

You can increase your student number by as many as you like but you can only reduce your student number by a maximum of 20%.
