How do I cancel my subscription

Once you have signed up to a subscription this will renew each year on 1 March. If you do not want the subscription to continue to the next assessment year you can cancel your subscription by emailing CEM customer service. There will be no charge if you inform CEM of the cancellation by the 1 February prior to the assessment year starting. You are unable to cancel your subscription after this date and will be invoiced for the full amount based on the most recently recorded learner estimates.

For example, if you sign up for 2021 – 2022 and would like to cancel your subscription to 2022 – 2023 you would need to cancel by 1st February 2022.
