What are the main difference between 2020 and 2021

All customers will now have a continual subscription and will no longer need to register every year.

Customers can cancel their subscription if they no longer want to use CEM assessments.

Customers can cancel their subscription by informing CEM in writing by the 1 February each year. For e.g. inform by 1 Feb 22 for 22/23 assessments. To withdraw from your 21/22 contract the following applies. If you terminate the agreement:

1. 1. within 30 days of your order and you haven’t used the product there is no charge
   2. more than thirty (30) days but not more than sixty (60) days from the date of your order Order and you haven’t used the product then there is a withdrawal fee of £50
   3. more than sixty (60) days from the date of your order or you have used the product, you will pay the full price for the services ordered
