The education system in England and Wales

Our online platforms are currently set up to reflect the year groups according to the education system in England and Wales.

There are lots of variances both in the UK and internationally, so the table below shows the typical age range for each year group. Students will be assigned to a year group depending on their age during the academic year. The academic year in England and Wales runs from September to August.
