Age Standardised Scores -detailed Guide

To access this report in  your InCAS+ account select Results/Analysis > Age Standardised Scores. 

Select the Year of Assessment (Version) and Year Group (this will populate after selecting a Version). 

Age Standardised Scores present the feedback as standardised scores with a mean of 100 and
standard deviation of 15. This means that 68% of all pupils will have a score between 85 and 115.
14% will have a score between 115 and 130, and 14% will have a score between 70 and 85. Pupils
with scores below 70 or above 130 are exceptional and are in the bottom or top 2% of pupils sitting
the assessments, respectively.

The feedback is displayed by Year Group.

Standardised scores are displayed for:-• Reading
• General Maths
• Mental Arithmetic
• Developed Ability
